These are low growing, groundcover NZ Natives.  These smaller natives have been chosen specifically for urban gardens and mass planted landscapes.   They are compact, attractive, and tough.    Create the wow factor in your garden by mass planting.   These compact and low growing varieties are also low maintenance.  Perfect for rock gardens, gravel mulch, banks and hills.

• 5x Leptinella pyrethrifolia - is a low-growing perennial ground cover herb that features a rosette of finely divided, fern-like leaves. The foliage is composed of tiny, intricate leaflets that give it a feathery, almost lace-like appearance. The leaves are typically green, but they can sometimes exhibit a hint of silvery or reddish tinge, especially under varying light conditions.     Mature height 5cm x 1m

• 5x Coprosma 'Flat Freddy' - This ground cover shrub is unique in that it is one of the most flat growing shrubs available.     Has attractive tiny leaves brown-green in colour.   This is hardy ground cover shrub that does well in most situations including alpine, coast, dry, around rocks and concrete.  The trailing branches form a dense shrubby ground cover that looks fantastic spilling over rocks or banks.   Great for birds, it has produces blue berries in Autumn.    Mature Height 20cm x Width 1.5m.

• 5x No Mow Lawn - Leptinella traillii, or Traill’s Leptinella, is a low-growing, fern-like ground cover native to New Zealand, ideal for shaded or semi-shaded areas. This evergreen perennial forms a dense, mat-like carpet of soft green, finely divided leaves, and produces small, inconspicuous yellow-green flowers in spring and early summer. Thriving in moist, well-drained soils, it is perfect for filling in between stepping stones, as a border plant, or in rock gardens. Its resilience and ability to tolerate coastal conditions make it a versatile and attractive addition to any landscape.  Mature height 3cm x spread 1m

• 5x Purple Piri Piri - Acaena inermis - A vigourous ground cover with bright purple foliage. Bears attractive white flower heads but does not produce undesirable barbed seed heads like other similar NZ ground covers. Sub-alpine variety that is very hardy, well drained site & full sun.

• 5x Creeping Muelenbeckia - Muehlenbeckia axillaris, or Creeping Wire Vine, is a versatile, low-growing groundcover with dense, bright green foliage that creates a soft, lush carpet. Ideal for underplanting, rockeries, or as a coastal or erosion-control plant, it thrives in full sun to part shade and tolerates a range of soils, including dry and coastal conditions. In summer, it produces small white flowers, adding a subtle touch of beauty. Hardy to frost, drought-tolerant, and low-maintenance, it’s perfect for filling spaces and providing a natural, textured look in any garden.  Mature height 10cm x Width 1m
