Refund policy

Damages & Returns:

In the unlikely event your items are damaged in transit please advise immediately upon receiving the plants. We will arrange replacement plants on return of the damaged plants.   We will arrange return shipping, however in the case of addresses outside the Aramex network you may need to return to your nearest Aramex depot or droppoint.

Goods must be inspected immediately on arrival and any claims made for damages to be made to us within 48 hours of delivery. Claims will not be accepted where damage has occurred due to the items not being unpacked promptly or where a customer provides insufficient or incorrect delivery details.

We cannot be held responsible for plant performance or condition once the plants have been delivered in good condition as so many factors outside our control determine the performance of plants.
