This isn’t your average plant pack. It’s a celebration of the twisted trunks, windswept forms, and bold textures that thrive in our harshest landscapes – and look incredible doing it.

A selection of the toughest natives around, chosen for their toughness and ability to withstand most conditons.   Not only is this selection tough as nails, it will also look amazing with the very strong textures, colours and forms that come from being such tough plants.   Contains several 'twisted' varieties of divaricating shrubs that are trending now in designer gardens.

These plants are essentials for any alpine garden, not only for survival but to maintain the uniqueness of our alpine environment.   Also very suitable for coastal, cold, windy, poor soil and dry gardens.   Very suitable for modern landscapes.

The pack is made as follows:

• 5x Olearia oleifolia - A hardy New Zealand native shrub valued for its narrow, olive-like leaves and tough alpine constitution. Naturally found in exposed, dry upland environments, it forms a compact, rounded shrub that handles wind, frost, and poor soils with ease. Its subtle silvery foliage provides year-round structure and contrast in native or dry garden plantings.  Mature Height 1.5m x width 1m
• 5x Frosted Chocolate Corokia – Corokia ‘Frosted Chocolate’ – A hardy, characterful shrub with fine interlacing branches and distinctive bronze-chocolate foliage. Small yellow flowers provide seasonal interest, while its naturally twiggy form gives the planting a rugged, informal appearance. Height 2 m × Width 1.5 m.
• 5x Golden Tree Daisy – Olearia solandri – A fast-growing, upright native shrub with fine green-gold foliage. Particularly useful for shelter and screening in dry, exposed and windy situations, producing masses of small, vanilla-scented white flowers in late summer. Height 3 m × Width 2 m.
• 5x Corokia Red Wonder – A dense, upright shrub carrying masses of vivid red berries through the cooler months. The silver-green foliage and colourful fruit create a striking focal point while attracting birdlife. 2m × 1.5m
• 5x Coprosma ‘Lobster’ –  A distinctive hardy Coprosma with an upright but irregular habit and attractive bronze, copper and reddish foliage. Its tangled branching and naturally rugged appearance make it particularly effective in informal native shelter planting. Height 1.5 m × Width 1 m.
