Clearance NZ Native shrubs.   They are well grown plants surplus to requirements.  They will make a stunning native garden, hedge, shrubbery, or shelter belt and are tough enough to survive most conditions.   

This pack is made up as follows:

• 20x Coprosma Lobster - A tough colourful and interesting alpine shrub with very tangled bright orange new growth. Bears berries attractive to birds. Can be clipped into an interesting hedge or allowed to grow freely will become a medium sized shrub.
  Height 2m
• 20x Libertia Grandiflora - Tukauki or Mikoikoi is a flowering plant in the native 'NZ Iris' family.  Very distinctive yellow/gold colouring common to all NZ Libertias.   It is a large growing clump-forming herbaceous perennial with broad,leathery leaves and large white flowers in spring, followed by ornamental seed capsules.  Sunny location, dry conditions, and frosts all enhance colour.   Mature Height 90cm x Width 60cm.
• 20x Lacebark - Hoheria populnea - Houhere - A medium sized tree with dark green serrated leaves. This is a very fast growing and tough tree that copes with most situation. Produces masses of white flowers in Summer. Mature Height 7m x Width 3m.
• 20x Cabbage Tree - Cordyline Australis - A 'must have' NZ Tree with very distincitive strap like leaves, upright in the centre and drooping on the outside, formed into unusual heads on crooked branches.  Very hardy native tree suitable for most conditions.  Tolerant of wind, full sun and drought, wet/swampy conditions, frost once established.  Excellent shelter in windswept, coastal or alpine areas (mix with flaxes).  Mature Height 3-5m

• 20x Coprosma Black Cloud - A very hardy ground covering shrub with colourful bronze/black foliage. Masses of blue berries making it very attractive to birds. Excellent for supressing weeds and tollerant of almost any conditions. Mature Height 50cm x Width 1m

   

  These are our standard size in 7cm square pots (unless stated otherwise).   They are surplus so are now clearance product.
