Hebes are an exuberant and delightful garden plant that does well in a range of adverse conditions.  They naturally occur in coastal, inland and alpine situations and they come in 1000's of variations of growth, colours, flowers and form.  Hebes are very popular garden shrubs as they form nice small - medium shrubs which produce spectacular displays of flowers. 

Hebe Wiri Grace is a showy, larger, very fast growing hebe.  It has glossy large dark green leaves and large racemes of flowers.   Flowers are a light mauve colour fading to pale blue. Flowering occurs from January through to Autumn and is a magnificent sight. 

Hebe Wiri Grace is very versatile, doing well in a range of conditions from coastal, to inland, and will perform well in most alpine situations.  It will tolerate strong winds, frost and dry conditions.  Hebes prefer well drained soil, and must have full sun to look their best.    A light clip after flowering will keep your hebes looking beautiful for the following season.
