Coprosma Acerosa - Sand Coprosma - A groundcover Coprosma found naturally near the coast throughout New Zealand. It forms a tight tangled mound of brown foliage.   Excellent sprawling shrub to quickly cover and fill areas to supress weeds without hindering the view.   Very suitable for mass plantings around buildings, banks, hills etc.  Produces masses of berries that add an interesting look, and attract and feed native birds.  Excellent bird habitat provided by this bird friendly plant.    An excellent hardy plant for dry, coastal or alpine conditions.   Mature Height 30cm x Width 1.2m
