Carpodetus serratus - Marble leaf - A medium evergreen tree with attractive ‘marbled’ leaves and fascinating tangled growth. White flowers are followed by purple fruit, which ripen to black in Autumn.  Extremely attractive to native birds providing food source.  Does not like drought and wind. Does best on a moist semi-shaded site. Okay on coast. Evergreen. Can be a little frost tender when young.    Mature height 6m x Width 3m.
