Clearance NZ Native shrubs.   They are well grown plants surplus to requirements.  They will make a stunning native garden, hedge, shrubbery, or shelter belt and are tough enough to survive most conditions.   

This pack is made up as follows:

• 100x NZ Iris - Libertia Grandiflora - Tukauki or Mikoikoi is a flowering plant in the native 'NZ Iris' family.  Very distinctive yellow/gold colouring common to all NZ Libertias.   It is a large growing clump-forming herbaceous perennial with broad,leathery leaves and large white flowers in spring, followed by ornamental seed capsules.  Sunny location, dry conditions, and frosts all enhance colour.   Mature Height 90cm x Width 60cm.

• 100x  NZ Cabbage Tree - Cordyline Australis - A 'must have' NZ Tree with very distincitive strap like leaves, upright in the centre and drooping on the outside, formed into unusual heads on crooked branches.  Very hardy native tree suitable for most conditions.  Tolerant of wind, full sun and drought, wet/swampy conditions, frost once established.  Excellent shelter in windswept, coastal or alpine areas (mix with flaxes).  Mature Height 3-5m

• 100x Dianella Nigra - Turutu - A very tough and fast growing flax like clump forming plant with slender green leaves. Produces beautiful bright blue-purple berries (summer-autumn). Hardy in most conditions especially dry shade. Mature height 60cm x width 60cm.

• 100x Coprosma Rugosa Lobster - A tough colourful and interesting alpine shrub with very tangled bright orange new growth. Bears berries attractive to birds. Can be clipped into an interesting hedge or allowed to grow freely will become a medium sized shrub.   Height 2m

• 100x Corokia Red Wonder - Attractive medium sized colourful shrub with dark green coloured leaves and silvery undersides, contrasting with dark stems. Outstanding colour. Bears masses of red berries very attractive to birds. Hardy, withstanding most conditions. Suitable screen, shelter, hedge or feature. Mature height 2 - 3m

These are our standard size in 7cm square pots (unless stated otherwise).   They are surplus so are now clearance product.
