Chionochloa Rubra - (Southland) Red Tussock - A tall, robust tussocky grass with graceful flowing foliage. The colour varies from a greenish tawny colour to reddish coppery brown. The flowering stems which are up to 1.5 m in height open to attractive plumes. Suitable Cold alpine climates, coastal conditions, perfect for farm plantings, and low shelter. Mass plant for great effect. Mature height 1m x Width 1m
